What we do

Central Valley Grease Co. connects restaurants and commercial kitchens in California’s Central Valley with independent grease service providers, and helps coordinate and track that service. We do not perform grease trap cleaning, grease interceptor pumping or used cooking oil collection ourselves.

Independent service providers

Services are performed by independent third-party providers. Each provider is responsible for its own work, scheduling, licenses, permits and compliance with the laws and rules that apply to it. Pricing and other terms for a specific service will be confirmed with you before that service is scheduled.

No guarantee of availability or outcome

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, or any particular timing or price. We do not guarantee the results of any service or that your kitchen will meet any city, county or other requirement.

Information on this site

The content on this site, including the answers to frequently asked questions, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, engineering or plumbing advice. Requirements for grease traps, interceptors and used cooking oil vary by city, so check with your local wastewater or fats, oils and grease program for the rules that apply to you.

When you submit the Request Service form, you agree to provide accurate information and to be contacted about your request. You also agree that we may share the details of your request with service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not use this site to send spam, submit false requests, interfere with the site’s operation, or break any law.
